When it comes to diabetes then Type 2 diabetes is the more common as compare to Type 1 Diabetes. However, you can easily prevent Diabetes 2 by making few changes in your diet, becoming more physically active and by losing few extra pounds from your body.
During my research on diabetes I personally meet with few people from different countries who prevent or delay the onset of this disease by losing few extra pounds from their body. So this proved that by losing few pounds you can actually avoid many serious health complications that liked to diabetes such as heart, kidney and nervous damage.

Tip #2 – Yoga:
Yoga is another great way to prevent diabetes. However to get benefit from yoga you have to perform yoga moves every day. By making yoga your daily habit you can get numerous benefits.
Researches proved that yoga strengthens your lungs and heart but more importantly yoga improves blood circulation, reduce stress and keep your body balance. When it comes to curing diabetes then yoga proved to reduce high blood pressure and high blood sugar both.
You don’t have to invest hours upon hours on yoga. You can perform yoga moves that make you feel comfortable. Additionally, you don’t have to put 100% belief on Eastern culture to get benefits from yoga. Just keep in mind that yoga helps in curing diabetes and that is what matter most to you.
You can perform yoga moves as long as you want but to get benefits of curing diabetes it is important to perform yoga moves for at least 30-45 minutes and 3 days a week. The best time to perform yoga moves is in morning when your stomach is empty. Make sure to avoid drinking anything one hour prior your yoga session.
